Recent renovations at Cable Dahmer Cadillac in Kansas City were designed to elevate the customer experience while improving operational efficiency across the site. The project included new detail bays to support focused vehicle preparation, expanded service bays to keep vehicles moving, additional storage space for improved organization, and larger showrooms and office areas that create an open, welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

OWN supported the project from early planning through construction, providing an ALTA survey, design development, and preparation of construction documents. Our team also led floodplain development coordination, stormwater management design, and city review efforts, while providing ongoing project administration support. Each phase of the project was thoughtfully coordinated to help deliver a modernized facility that supports Cable Dahmer Cadillac’s commitment to consistently exceptional customer experiences.

During his tenure at OWN, Jared worked his way up from Design Engineer to Office Leader to Land Development Division Leader and was awarded the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE) Ozark Chapter Young Engineer of the Year Award for his dedication to bringing his clients’ visions to life on numerous projects throughout Missouri. 

    What Jared does for FUN: Playing golf, enjoying life at the lake, hunting, fishing or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Missouri State Bears.
