A Foundation for Healing and Hope

The Burrell Youth Resiliency Campus (YRC) provides a dedicated space for youth and young adults to access critical behavioral health and substance use treatment services in a safe, supportive environment. Funded through the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) by Greene County, the new campus now serves individuals ages 12–28 with a full continuum of care, including a 24/7 crisis center, intensive outpatient services, partial hospitalization, and a 16-bed residential treatment program.

OWN provided civil engineering services for the project, including site design, grading, utility coordination, and stormwater management. Our team worked closely with the project partners to create a site that supports the campus’s mission while meeting regulatory requirements and accommodating the unique needs of the facility.

The Youth Resiliency Campus will expand access to life-changing mental health resources, creating a lasting investment in the well-being of Springfield’s youth and the surrounding community.
