Project Profile:

The Bend on Promenade is a vibrant new apartment complex, intentionally designed to enhance residents’ experience through thoughtful site planning and integrated amenities. Our team supported the project with a range of civil engineering services, including surveying, water system design plans, utility coordination, and field services, helping bring that vision to life.

One of the standout features of the development is the preservation of 16 large natural trees at the center of the site, which now form a natural courtyard supporting both the overall aesthetic look as well as stormwater flow. This central area includes a lighted walking path with a bridge and boardwalk running through it and a perimeter trail featuring outdoor fitness and training areas. The clubhouse and pool directly border this space, creating a seamless connection between recreation and nature.

The complex also connects directly to the city’s bike and pedestrian trail, offering residents safe, easy access to the surrounding community. With extensive walking trails, integrated infrastructure, and a focus on natural conservation, The Bend on Promenade offers enhanced livability, accessibility, and a true sense of place in Rogers.
