What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in delivering survey work from field to finish, supporting crews, staying close to projects, and helping ensure things run smoothly.
- Lead and mentor field and office survey staff
- Coordinate projects from field work through delivery
- Work alongside engineers and clients to keep projects moving
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat work
- Mentor and develop survey staff to foster professional growth
What We’re Looking For
Whether you’re an emerging leader ready for the next step or an experienced professional looking for a new chapter, we’re more interested in your ability to lead than the number of years on your resume. You’ll likely be a great fit if you:
- Have experience leading survey crews and/or coordinating field work
- Enjoy helping others grow
- Communicate well with clients and teammates
- Take ownership and solve problems
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure isn’t required to start this role. If it’s part of your career goals, we’ll help you get there.
