Wiswell Farms is introducing cost-conscious yet luxurious single-family homes in the Spring Hill area, meeting the growing demand for entry-level housing in the region. As one of the first communities in the state to utilize Rural Housing Incentive District (RHID) Financing, the neighborhood development sets a precedent for how creative funding solutions can support attainable housing.
The single-family homes have been phased to accommodate residency, with Phase I complete, Phase II under construction, and Phase III and IV currently in design. Our team worked diligently to navigate RHID requirements, ensuring compliance while maintaining the vision for the development. One of the major components of the project included design of a one-mile street, constructed in partnership with the city, incorporating a stream crossing upgrade. Collaboration with both the City of Spring Hill and the Kansas Department of Transportation resulted in enhanced amenities for residents while ensuring connectivity and stormwater solutions.
