Project Profile:
An aging Commerce Bank site in Shawnee, Kansas was in need of an aesthetic refresh as well as large improvements to increase functionality and flow for customers, leading to the decision to complete a full redevelopment. From early planning and as we continue through construction, our team is partnering closely with the City of Shawnee and local utility providers to guide the project forward. OWN supported site layout, drainage, and coordination efforts, helping to ensure a smooth redevelopment process and to deliver a refreshed bank facility designed to better serve both customers and the surrounding community.
