Project Profile:

Honoring a century-long legacy while embracing modern innovation, the new Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Co. facility marks a major milestone in the evolution of the company’s production campus. Designed to support expanding operations and long-term growth, the project enhances efficiency through thoughtful layout, improved daylighting, and sustainable design strategies that reduce energy demand while elevating overall performance.

OWN delivered full-service site development for the new 400,000 square-foot warehouse and production facility. The team navigated significant technical challenges throughout the process, from tying new infrastructure seamlessly into existing facilities to coordinating with specialized equipment vendors and managing construction across multiple phases. The result is a cohesive, high-performing addition to the bottling campus that reflects meticulous planning, precise execution, and the company’s continued commitment to quality and innovation.

As a reflection of the innovation, coordination and high-quality design, the team was honored with the Springfield Contractor’s Association’s Design Team of the Year Award, highlighting the collaboration that helped shape the success of the new facility.
