Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) Access Road Improvements

Modernizing XNA Connectivity for Northwest Arkansas

The Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) Access Road project is more than just a new highway—it’s a transformative investment in the region’s connectivity and growth. At the core of this ambitious $127.7 million undertaking by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is a 4-mile, four-lane divided highway connecting XNA to Highway 612, also known as the Springdale Bypass. This new roadway will tie into Highway 264 and feature 11 bridges, an interchange at Highway 612, and overpasses at Wager Drive, Haden Road, and Holmes Road, ensuring efficient and modernized access to the airport.

OWN is providing the surveying and construction staking services that lay the foundation for this critical infrastructure. Partnering with Crossland Construction Co. and H&H Bridge Company, we are bringing precision and reliability to every phase of this project, from accurate measurements to on-the-ground support for smooth execution.

The XNA Access Road is slated to be finished by summer 2027.
