Springfield Fire Station No. 13
Project Profile:
Fire Station 13 is a state-of-the-art, 6,300-square foot facility created to support the community’s first responders. The design prioritized innovative spaces balanced with a commitment to environmental stewardship. As a LEED certified building, several aspects of civil design integrated sustainability features, such as a bioswale to efficiently manage stormwater runoff. Our engineering team provided comprehensive Civil Engineering and Geotechnical services, including:
- Site grading plans to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetics.
- Bioswale and bioretention basin designs to enhance stormwater management and sustainability.
- Erosion and sediment control plans to protect the site and surrounding areas during development.
As the project transitioned into construction, our team continued to collaborate with Construction Observation, Materials Testing, and Special Inspections, ensuring every detail of the fire station was built to the highest standards of quality and safety. This project exemplifies our commitment to innovative design, sustainable solutions, and reliable execution—providing the community with a facility ready to serve and protect for years to come.
