Evergreen Estate at Table Rock Lake

Known to many around Table Rock Lake as the “Crystal Palace,” Evergreen is a recognizable lakefront estate with a unique history and a new chapter ahead. Following HCW’s acquisition of the property, OWN provided surveying services to support the transaction and future plans for the site.

The survey effort encompassed approximately 390 acres of wooded, hill terrain surrounding the estate and required our team to work through complex title issues and extensive coordination throughout the process. With an accelerated schedule, responsiveness was critical as information evolved and title matters were identified and resolved.

Despite the size and complexity of the assignment, OWN completed the survey project in just 45 days.

The work supports plans for the future of Evergreen, which include restoration of the iconic 32,000-square-foot residence and potential development of portions of the surrounding property. Proposed concepts include a mixed-use destination with luxury residences, a restaurant, spa, and additional amenities along Table Rock Lake.
