OWN provided civil engineering services for the six-phase development, which encompasses approximately 83 acres and will ultimately include 273 residential lots within Emerald Glades, with more than 350 total homes when the adjoining cottage development is complete. Our team has partnered with the developer from the earliest phases of the project, supporting the community’s continued growth as construction progresses.
