Land Development Team Leader

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead land development projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients and internal teams to keep things moving.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
- Build and strengthen client relationships (and bring new ones in!)
- Stay close to project performance (scope, schedule and budget)
- Play a role in expanding our presence in the Kansas City market
- Help shape how the team operates and delivers work
What We’re Looking For
For those ready to do more than manage projects – this is an opportunity to shape client relationships, influence project delivery and help grow a team. You’ll likely be a great fit if you:
- Have experience leading teams or a clear readiness to step into that role
- Have strong project and client management experience
- Communicate well with clients and teammates
- Take ownership and solve problems
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred but not required to start this role. If it’s part of your career goals, we’ll help you get there.
