We’re growing our Land Survey team in Kansas City and looking for a team leader to help lead that next phase. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with real influence, not just responsibility. No licensure? No problem, we can help you achieve those goals.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead survey projects from field data collection through final deliverables
- Ensure accuracy and quality across all survey work
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat work
- Manage team performance, project schedules and departmental resources
- Mentor and develop survey staff to foster professional growth
