We’re growing our Land Development team in Kansas City and looking for a team leader to help lead that next phase. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with real influence, not just responsibility. In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead land development projects from concept through construction
  • Build and grow client relationships to help bring in new work
  • Mentor and support a team of engineers
  • Stay close to project performance – scope, schedule and budget
  • Play a role in expanding our presence in the Kansas City market
