Start your career right after high school with a hands-on role that gets you out in the field and into real projects. At OWN, our Drilling and Construction Materials Testing Technicians help make sure roads, buildings, and infrastructure are built right – and we’ll teach you everything you need to know to get started.

In these roles, you will learn how to:

  • Work on active construction sites and in testing labs
  • Test materials like concrete, soil, and asphalt
  • Use tools and equipment to run tests
  • Track results and work with a team
  • Help ensure projects are built safely and correctly
  • Build skills that lead to long-term career opportunities
